What would I do for my birthday party so I don’t feel weird

Here are the things to know about. My birthday is in two weeks but my party can be from then until two weeks after that. It can’t be at my house because we are getting it redone. I’m 14 so it can’t be anything crazy. There’s gonna be like 12 girls all my age. There’s a 500ish dollar budget and it has to be cold friendly because it’s winter where I live. I’ve thought about so many things but every single one I feel like I’m gonna be harshly judged for doing so I really need help anything will help
