They will always say along the lines of “ohh if you are like that then don’t bother”, “you are lame i am not gonna waste my time on you”, “wow what a loser, seriously how lame are you”….

However, some tips on how to deal with such people may include: -Try to understand why they are behaving in this way. It may be that they are feeling threatened or threatened by your questioning or discussion. -Attempt to engage them in a calm and constructive conversation, explaining your point of view and asking for their input. -Avoid getting defensive or argumentative. This will only escalate the situation and make it harder to resolve. -If all else fails, walk away from the situation and try to avoid dealing with that person in future if possible.

  2. More and more and more people are becoming binary and reactionary in their views. Or in other words, people are less nuanced. It’s either black or white – yes or no – zero or one. Not even trying to understand a different perspective.

    2. Don’t Take Anything Personally: Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and
    do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions
    and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.

  4. I think it’s worth taking a long hard look at what you were saying. If you’re just mouthing off and talking shit about things you know nothing about, then check yourself and shut up. Go and learn.

    OTOH this is a common tactic of abusive people and bullies. If you’re talking about something important to you then you need to be mentally prepared for this and shoot back.
