I am f21 and the guy m21 I have been causally talking to is also talking to my friend f19. It made me jealous to find out he was talking to both of us while also giving her more attention. I have no right to be upset over this but now I found out I feel weird pursing a relationship with him. I am not sure how to approach this situation

If you feel weird about it, consider stopping. Things are at a casual place in time where neither of you really have any definite obligations as to who you can and can’t talk to.
But, if you want to continue then just continue to be honest and check in with both yourself and your friend about how you’re feeling. You don’t want to build any resentment towards your friend in the long run.
Yeah this is really awkward. What does your friend say about it?
Is he aware the two of you are friends? If so, it’s pretty perverse of him to pursue both of you at once. If he’s unaware, it’s just as if he’s dating two different people before deciding to commit to one – not a great look, but not against the law either.
