The less I think about my mental health, the better it is. Focusing on things that give my life purpose (building my career, strengthening my body, laying the foundation for my future family) keep me in a good place.

I have CPTSD, anxiety and depression. I’ve struggled with self harm and I’ve attempted suicide. My mental health is super important and I do what I can to maintain.
Mostly through exercise, routines, good diet and being aware of my moods and emotions. I struggle to regulate my emotions so this is important.
I do my best to also maintain a strong support network who care for me and vice versa.
I give zero f’s about my mental health. I got reddit to complain on.
