I don’t think it’s super common, but many men don’t get a lot of pleasure from BJs. Many men feel pleasure but don’t cum from it. If she enjoys it, maybe you can let it happen for her rather than for you. I don’t think you’re broken, I think you’re maybe just a minority.
Increasing suction a bit can help, using her hands while sucking can help, using her tongue more can help; not an exhaustive list but those are some common things to change. If you’ve tried this then I’m sorry idk what else to offer as advice, but I do know that sexual experience and pleasure varies from person to person and relationship to relationship. Find what works for the both of you (BJ or no BJ or whatever) and do those things. Sex isn’t just about pleasure, it’s also about connection and having fun.
