Hi everyone! I am a 21M for context and she is 21F. I went out with a coworker of mine on Monday night that I have been pretty flirty with for a few weeks. Went really well had a lot of fun with her! I got a text around an hour after i got home that night saying thank you and that she had a nice time. I responded pretty simply just saying you’re welcome and that i had a good time as well to which she never answered. Do you guys think i could text again and see if she’d be down to go out again, or is the fact that she didn’t respond to first text a bad sign?

Go for it! It’s a good sign that she texted you after the date!
Yeah, if she texted you after the date then you should have done what you did but sometime in the next day or two asked her out again if you wanted to see her again. Just come up with a plan first.
