Noticed that I get a lot of negative thoughts whenever I’m meeting someone new or starting a relationship with someone. These thoughts are even why most of my relationships ended.
I would think “they are probably lying/cheating anyway.” “They don’t think you are attractive and they just want to use you.” “Why would they even want to be with me?” Etc.
I can’t even go on dates without having dozens of these thoughts in various forms and then I’ll refuse a second date or tell them I’m not interested because I don’t think it will work out anyway.
