I (30F) have dated with a guy (33M) for 4 months. We claim our relationship non- exclusive, but we are not seeing others, but sometimes chat with others on App. I am tired of current status and wanna get into exclusivity. If he says he’s not ready yet, shall I break up? Or I continue current status since we are not seeing others anyway.

Chatting means looking for others. Which could happen at any moment. At which point you’re cast adrift, hmm?
And, you’re not getting any younger. Four months and no interest in becoming ‘exclusive’ — time or past time to dump him imo.
If you want to be exclusive, then you should have a talk with him.
If he’s not looking for the same – keep it moving.
