When you get your hair done how do you divide up the tips? Do you always tip the master stylist who is the person I had an appointment with the most even though he barely did anything?

1. This question makes me thankful to live in a country that doesn’t have a tipping culture. I get to just pay the amount quoted when I entered the salon without any complicated calculations of how much extra & to whom I should pay it.

2. I don’t tip, because I’m Australian.

3. I would just tip on the total cost and assume that tip is being divvied up.
