M/30 Urethra Penis Burning After Intercourse/Ejaculation along with Foamy Urine

Anyone experience symptoms of urethra/penis burning sensation after intercourse/ejaculation? I would also urinate after and my urine is really foamy (similar to dish soap foamy). Any thoughts? Thanks.

Note: went to doctors, ruled out infection and STD.
