Found out my parents were going to prison for good in my early 20s.
Found out they had my biological little brother shortly before they got arrested.
At the time, the spouse and I already had a toddler and a baby at home so…yeah.
My father went to prison and my mom went off the rails. She dropped my 4 month sister with me and disappeared for weeks.
I went through the foster system so there was no way I was letting that happen to her
