Start doing things for people. Look up a few ‘pay-it-forward’ exercises online and start doing at least one per day.
Reaching out to others will make you less focused on yourself, while at the same time making you feel truly BETTER about yourself. It doesn’t detract from your competence, but it does add to your true self-worth.
Step 1: Put a shock collar on your nut sack.
Step 2: Give the remote to a friend or family member. Tell them to buzz your nuts off everytime you act like an arrogant prick.
Step 3: Personal growth and development.
