I understand there has been a couple of threads about this recently, but none of them seem to be raising the same problem that I have.
So I applied for it 14th July, followed the messages on the website says that my passport has been printed on the 29th July. Since then I have had no updates apart from “Your new passport will be transferred to our delivery supplier in the next few days. When it’s ready for delivery, they will contact you with a tracking reference.”
Obviously this is a long time, just wondering whether waiting 19 days (and counting) without any updates is normal? Is there any numbers I can call to ask? Any info at all really.

Sounds like it is going to be pretty imminent then. I’m afraid you won’t get anywhere trying to find out from them how long it will take. But when I got this message it arrived within 2 weeks
Varies massively. Mine arrived 4 days after my application was approved
