So basically there’s this girl I work w and she was away for a couple weeks and recently came back. Before I started my shift some other coworkers told me she was constantly say she missed me and that she loves me. She even told a manager. As soon as I walked in she ran even tho I did nothing and as soon as I asked she deflected. So basically does she have a crush on me or not ? I’m not sure how to approach the situation cos I kinda like her too. Any advice ? Someone please respond. For reference I’m 20 she’s 19

I would say she’s interested. Women don’t say stuff like that for no reason. Just sit down with her and ask her out and have an honest conversation. Women are baddd with rejection and she probably think she talked too much, that’s why she can’t face you. Go for it.
