I am 24 years old and had sex with someone for the very first time last weekend. We had a consent, and surprised my first sex was painless and very pleasure. Yet, it caused me to be so confused about my body and emotionally after two days from sex. It is like I regret and should NOT have done this even though I wanted it. I stopped talking him but it wasn’t his fault. Is this a normal like saddening feeling for the first time?

people process sex differently, some get super emotional while some just brush it off
and some people need aftercare (hugs, words of reassurance after sex etc)
since you said you stopped talking to him, it sounds like a hookup? maybe youre not cut out for it and more geared for relationships
