Well, the first step is to GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE. You know what is holding you back (at least it seems like it), so the first thing you can do is let down a bit of those walls.
Doesn’t have to be all of them, but make it a point to do something unusual to your current self everyday (or whenever you can)
I don’t even know why you care about what people think so much. People would judge you for literally anything and everything. You could save someone life and someone somewhere would judge you for that
