Me and my boyfriend have been together for years and literally never use protection. We’re both clean of course. So the thing is a lot of times I like when he cums inside me (like a kink thing) and he enjoys it as well so even times where he says he should pull out in the heat of the moment I say some nasty shit and boom creampie.

For about 1 1/2 years I was on the pill and that’s kinda why we didn’t care and after that I had an iud for maybe 2 years but almost exactly a year ago I had it removed because it was horrible. So over the last year there’s been a lot of not pulling out and we were careful at first but now we just kinda do it a lot and I’ve never not once gotten pregnant even during my fertile window. Which has my worried if one of us is maybe infertile??

My main question is is there any bad side effects of constantly being nut in? Like does it effect my vaginal health or anything?

No. If you’re STI-free, it’s just the big one… pregnancy.

Even when trying to conceive, each cycle you only have about a 20% chance of actually getting pregnant. That’s why it takes some couples years to get pregnant. You guys could just be wildly lucky. I wouldn’t assume you’re infertile.

  2. Semen is alkaline while the vagina is acidic. It can mess with your pH. Hypothetically is can lead to minor issues. If you’re not experiencing any trouble with it, then more power to you I guess.

  3. There is a very, *very* high risk you will get pregnant.

If you don’t want that to happen use contraception. He is obviously not a pull out king.

If you are worried about being infertile see a doctor about it. It’s always a possibility but chances are you’ve just dodged the bullet a couple of times so far.

  4. No. The ONLY potentially negative effect is pregnancy.

Humans have only cum inside their partner for ages. Pulling out is a relatively new concept unless one is concerned about pregnancy but not using protection.

Even porn has only shown pulling out since the 70s. It’s got a name – the money shot.

You might have fertility issues. Only a doctor could answer that. You might just be lucky. Or unlucky, if you’re trying to get pregnant.

  5. It’s possible there may be existing fertility issues with either or both of you. Either way I recommend getting back on some form of birth control. I’m staying on pills because I know I’m fertile and have no interest in pregnancy, besides preferring pies of the cream variety

  6. No down side unless he upset your pH.

The real downside of not pulling out is we are going to call you two parents one day.

  7. Pulling out is difficult, much more so than internet humour seems to think it is. I would recommend using contraception if you two plan to continue not using rubber.

  8. I mean if you are both caught up in the heat of the moment, besides pregnancy and the dripping throughout the day, no,

But if you tell him to pull out and he refuses to or “forgets” everytime, then that is a massive red flag.

Have you two talked about a plan if you do get pregnant?
