One a\*shole said to me yesterday “you are boring” when i was discussing something with him i needed to. “man we really need to discuss this did you really hang up call for me being boring ? he replied sarcastically “no your voice was just so soft that it put me to sleep,sorry” what would be your comeback ? . Any creative ideas ? I did answer him something that doesnt not matter.

Sounds like a jerk that you need to move out of your life. Do you really have to speak to this person? The best thing is not to talk to them.
I think the best thing you can do in this situation is to show this person that their opinion doesn’t affect you. If you absolutely have to converse with this person, next time they say something insulting, simply say “I don’t care” and continue the conversation. The insults are an attack on their character not yours.
“Hey, I hope you got your beauty sleep last night princess, because we need to discuss this. Let me know if you need a cat nap before we get started”
Create a situation where he needs to talk to you about something then when he tries completely ignore him
