I get 28 tablets Tadalafil, 5mg for 30 bucks. While 28 tablets, 5mg, Cialis is 90 bucks.

Isnt it completely the same?

  1. I’m in the US so my answer is based on the absurd pharmaceutical economics of the US.

Pricing is all over the map. If you only need 5 mg it will be cheaper to buy 10 mg pills for the same price and then split them with a cheap pill splitter.

In my case it’s cheaper to use a non-insurance discount card called good RX than to run it through my insurance company.

  2. It’s the generic, not produced by the same company as Cialis. Same active ingredients, but different inactive binders.
