When my wife and I got married I had agreed to take her last name. She is an only child and I was adopted, so my last name wasn’t really my family name.

  1. I Hope that my future husband will be open to keep my surname since I am one of 3 sisters and the family name will die with my dad .

  3. Mine would have been okay with it but since his first name is also my brother’s first name… it would be confusing lol so he kept his name, I took his but I still go by my maiden name at work.
