*1)should i like every story my friends post, can i just watch it and leave/ignore it sometimes, because i would actually not always ‘find it interesting’ to “like” it… But i will ”like” if they post something i find interesting.
Or should I just stop watching stories at all cause i don’t want to give “like” to any random things they might post

*2)If i follow my friend/acquaintance of college/school and they follow me back should i like thier photo’s/post…

I actually experimented this with few people today: I followed few people i know/knew and as soon as they follow me back, in few minutes or when i am free i would go through thier posts and like what i like “AND THEN THEY DID THE SAME I.E LIKED NY RECENT PHOTO”…

It’s like pleasantries in Instagram i just found on my own.

  1. Typically, online connections reflect offline interactions. I bet if you actually talked to people in real life and made good impressions on them in real life, you are likely going to see the same, if not better, results than what you obtained from your little experiment. But then again, don’t be dependent on people’s attention and validation.

  2. If it’s a friend liking their posts is a small thing you can do that they might really appreciate. Some people really need that validation but if you miss one or forget don’t stress it
