She tends to ask questions that I have no clue how to answer and she can ask the same question 5-10 times in the same conversation even if I tell her that I have no idea or that I think everything will be fine, for example “do you think he’ll text me back?” or “is it ok to leave the microwave door open overnight?”

It’s possible that she has something like ADHD, I’d be patient with her but also straight up. It’s okay to tell her something like this: “Julie, I already told you I don’t know the answer to that question, this is your third time asking it.” Sometimes mindfulness is the key, and she may just not be aware how often she repeats herself.
