You can use your two together Railcard on the Elizabeth Line. The single fare from Paddington to Heathrow is £15.30 for two people. (£23.20 without the Railcard.)
You cannot add two together onto an Oyster, but off peak it’s £10.80 each.
What do you mean, “two together?” What kind of a thing is this?
