So I’m a mid 30’s dude about 5’9″ and about 230lbs. Not super heavy, but still fully functional. Unfortunately, I carry a chunk of that weight in my pubic area above, around, and behind my junk. I’ve gained the weight slowly over the last 10 years, like 5lbs a year, so it’s only now I’m starting to notice that I’m having trouble keeping my foreskin pulled back during sex with my wife without holding my ding dong like an upside down cigarette and manually pulling it back. Yes, losing weight is 100% my best answer, I agree with you. I’ll save you my excuses and just ask if anyone has any other suggestions to help keep it retracted while I sort that part of my life out. I have no medical problems with my foreskin or anything, it moves freely and comfortably. My only imagined solution was that maybe a cock ring could help, but I really know nothing about them. I appreciate any cock ring info, even product recommendations (specifically related to my intended use) or any other suggestions you may have. Thanks for taking the time, much appreciated.

  1. I don’t have a penis and it might not work with your equipment in particular (especially during sex, but I know it works in theory), the spoon method. There you use the back end of a spoon to fold the foreskin in. For further instructions search it, as I said, I lack the anatomy to test it myself.
