Working on couple therapy and our counselor wants us to slowly build up to 10. They want us to start by aiming at a max of 4-5 and i m trying to figure out what aligns to what below this threshold. Like holding hands may be 1? Cuddles a 4? What’s a 9 even? Thanks all !

  2. The answer to your question is highly subjective.

    Some people enjoy cuddling a lot more than PIV. Many people can’t orgasm from PIV, others get orgasms from kissing. Some people find oral sex more intimate than penetration, some don’t.

    Nobody can tell you how much intimacy you experience during certain activities.

    There’s a million different sexual acts, just list them and give them scores you feel are appropriate.
