Over the past 5 or 6 years I have been almost unable to finish with any woman.
I (28M) have been with a far number of women in the last few years and I haven’t been able to finish with any.
I started dating my girlfriend (28F) at the beginning of the year. She is the only woman I’ve been able to finish with but it is still 1 out of 25 times or so.
I really enjoy the sex that I have, with gf and previous women.
When I masturbate I can finish just fine.
I have no idea why this is happening, and it’s going to become a problem in our relationship.
Has anyone else been through this?

If you can ejaculate from masturbation then this is likely “death grip syndrome”. Stop masturbating at all for a couple of weeks, and when you do try it, use a very light touch. If you can’t come with the light touch, then back off and try again when you are hornier. That and cut back on the porn.
– Have your Testosterone levels checked. In particular if you have a high BMI or other symptoms of low T.
– If you’re taking medication check for side effects (e.g. several SSRIs).

– Also; Check for Death Grip Syndrome (e.g. squeezing too tight or moving too fast during masturbation). This can cause your body/mind becoming used to/dependent on unrealistic stimulus. In answer to your question: A LOT of people are going through this. Super common. Both for medical reasons and due to DGS. The internet collectively likes to pretend it is **only** cause by DGS which wastes a lot of people’s time, even though the medical side of this is well known and documented.
