Especially growing up in a toxic household so I’m used to the toxicity. It’s mentally draining & literally driving us both crazy but we can’t seem to stay away from each other🤦♀️
People talk about rebounds. Just do what feels comfortable. Don’t intentionally hurt anyone but do what feels right.
I try to remember that it ended for a reason. Often you look back and remember only the good parts, but that’s usually not an accurate picture of the whole relationship. I go out and make new friends. Sometimes I rebound with someone but be careful not to get too serious about a rebound. I know I tended to ignore warning signs about partners during my rebound phase.
Also, exercise and therapy were pretty helpful too.
