Pain made me a monster. I had a spine injury that basically left me with brutal pain all day every day for about 2 years. It drove me to almost insanity at one point, pushed me to become a complete psycho with fitness. I started doing exercises to help it, then slowly built up to now working out 5 times per week with cardio as much as possible, feeling incredible. Pain is a huge motivator and a major source of rank aggression, so it helps me in workouts sometimes.

Made me sympathetic to others’ life challenges. I was written off when I was younger, now I’m really successful. I had a terrible violent life, but no one knows. I can understand why others maybe going through challenges, whether homeless, an influencer, a rich person, life can be challenging for numerous reasons.
