Long story short, I’ve (19m) known this girl (18) about 4 months but she had a boyfriend until about a month ago. She has always been a really friendly person which is what attracted me to her but while she had a boyfriend I stayed respectful because she seemed happy with him. A couple of times she called me cute, she has also called me cute and adorable after they broke up. She seems touchy (rubbing my arm or just touching it) however yesterday we went out together to watch a film, just me and her. She seemed to be just being friendly but she kept saying things like ‘I hope I can find someone who loves me for who I am’ and describing to me her dream wedding. At the time I thought nothing of it but now I’m wondering if she was hinting at something. (Obviously not marriage but dating) after this we went to the cinema and she kept rubbing my arm (we were watching a horror movie and I kept looking away) after a while she put her feet on the chair and angled herself more towards me. However, I was get picked up by my dad and he was outside the cinema and she just said ‘well…bye’ she also bought me a drink in the cinema which was really lovely 🙂
I’m very socially awkward and rubbish in social situations, should I make a move, I really like her and I can’t miss this opportunity

All of those are signs that she likes you, what she said at the end seems like disappointment that you never said anything.
Message her, right now, and ask her to go to another movie with you. Use the word date, and tell her how pretty she is when you see her. If you don’t take a chance it’s likely somebody else will.
Ngl, she’s probably using you as a rebound. Break ups can be hard and people try to find ways to alleviate that pain.
Then again, there could be a possibility she likes you for you, but don’t get your hopes up.
