This girl made the first move on me and we clicked near instantly. We would chat everyday, get to know each other, flirt, etc. We hung out once which went a little awkward but then I asked her out on a more formal date. After the date we went back to her place where we got a little intimate and discussed our summer plans, everything seemed fine.
A week later she says that she wasn’t ready for a relationship due to a number of reasons. With her being a research assistant, working a job, moving, finals, and personal stuff. We left it off at that. A month later, I check up on her and see how she’s been but she never opened the message.
We go to the same university and I feel compelled to talk to her to see if we can remain friends in some capacity. I miss her as a person. We have an online class together but we never have meetings so it’s hard to initiate.
tl;dr i miss this girl who dealt with issues and want to reconnect

Don’t initiate. She clearly doesn’t want to talk to you so respect that and back off.
