How can I start talking to her?

M21 – quite embarrased to post this lmao but basically there’s this girl that I’ve been really attracted to and haven’t felt like this for a while and I’d like to start talking to her, we are same age, follow eachother on socials and she is local but we’ve never spoken before, and I don’t know the right way to start talking to her without it seeming random / weird or desperate

I’m decent at speaking to girls to an extent but im not the most confident in the world, hence why i havent actually been in a proper relationship before and time is ticking lol

Does anyone have advice on how i can make a decent impression without ruining my chances with this girl
