When I get erect, I feel a random mild pain that I can’t really describe.

I’m 17, male weight 125, 5’8.

I had sex once, and ever since whenever I get hard it hurts can’t really describe where it’s mild when I’m just erect and don’t touch it, but when I try to jerk off or have sex, it hurts.

There’s nothing odd about my penis, the pain actually started during my first time having sex I felt a random pain and kept going and I finished, but it’s been painful since that moment now whenever I’m erect.

There’s been times when on soft and I touch my penis I’ll feel pain but it’s actually rare for me to feel any pain when touching it soft it’s just happened like twice, the rest there’s always pain when hard? Anyone know?
