So i’m a freshman and me and this girl always make eye contact or i always catch her and she looks away very quickly, i am a bigger guy( muscular) and i don’t know if she intimidated but i want to approach her but i don’t know when or how. She’s sits on a different table from me but that table is close by.

She could just be admiring from afar or zoning out or just glancing around. Either way why don’t you approach her and try to be friends? It’s incredibly easy to try that with someone in your class. Try to catch her after class and suggest you both do something like grab some coffee or whatever.
