First of all because it’s reddit, not in a sus way

My bjj coach asked me to teach a kids class tommorow and I’m kinda scared of kids so thought I’d ask.

I very rarely interact with legit kids some of my friends have younger brothers and sisters so maybe teenagers here and there, so I’m not sure what you talk to them about, do you treat them the same way you would adults or more like a golden retriever in human form?

  1. Kids remember a lot more than you’d think. Treat them with respect but, be playful. I know that’s vague but I can’t exactly give you a how to guide. I trained children in kickboxing and I simply made everything a game to get them to behave and participate
