  1. I take a walk around my neighborhood, while working on my breathing and listening to music at the same time. Afterwards, if that hasn’t worked out, I try to call a safe and trustworthy friend about my feelings. Finally, smoke weed and binge eat on carbs.

  2. A long walk or workout with some good music followed by taking a warm shower and relaxing while gaming, reading or watching cute animal videos/chill livestreams.
