Hey all, my partner and I are in the market for our first house and are mainly looking around York. If there is anyone that’s lived in Selby for a while and sees this, I’d be curious to know where the areas to avoid & where the traveler sites are. Would be much appreciated.

  2. Brayton is nice.

    A LOT of nice villages around – Hambledon, Thorpe Willloughby, Burn, Cawood.

    S Milford, Sherburn, HIllam and Monk Fryston are all great if not too far. Likewise Appleton Roebuck and Bolton Percy. Howden and Snaith are excellent if not too far away.
