I’m (m20) in a program to help me get a trade in culinary as well as my high school diploma. She’s (F20) working at a grocery store a few states away. The constant stress we’re both put under is making us angry all the time and the long distance isn’t helping. I’m crying myself to sleep because we barely talk anymore and I can’t shake the idea of her moving on with someone else. We’re constantly bitching about the things we’re going through. I just want to know what’s a good way to deal with this stress? It’s been a rough few months and I have a long ways to go still. I feel like this relationship might end in diaster because I wanted to get my shit together for once.

  1. Everyone is different but you need an outlet to pour that negative energy. For me that was the gym, but for you it could be a pickup sport or basket weaving ( these days its woodworking for me)
