Extreme social anxiety, just FYI.
So I live in the uk, Scotland specifically.
I’ve never had a spray tan before, and I am absolutely terrible at doing it myself, so kind of want to go get one done by a professional, but have no idea what to do/expect? Like what do I wear? What do I ask for? Etc.

    I don’t have any good tips then to try and gather your courage, phone them up, role play maybe into a more confident persona. Practice the phone call in front of a mirror, write down the questions you want to ask.
