I was in abusive relationship, lost my virginity to him before he was abusive but after that everytime he has tried or any other sexual partners it hurts.docs and everyone else has said it’s normal…. any tips or anything really?

It’s not normal. How was foreplay, lubrication, dick size, your arousal? All those okay a part before we even get even into possible medical issues.
vaginismus. It’s a ptsd response. Very common with trauma.
it’s probably psychological. got a friend who always sleep with all her bfs and she got no problem. then she got married, cant orgasm with her husband, always bleeding after sex. go to doctor and doctor said it’s all fine. then she got divorced.
her first fwb can make her cum multiple times even squirt and she never bleeds after sex. maybe just find more considerate partner whose willing to take it slow.
