  3. Over the top guns, guitars, motorcycles, etc. Its one thing to have a gun hobby, its another to have a trapshooting shotgun with a 12,000 dollar trigger. Same with the giant Harley that has a mine worth of chrome.

  17. An exotic italian motorcycle or a car. Literally says that here is a guy who has passion and style and is ready to suffer for it. It’s pretty rare around these parts.

  20. For me its guys with expensive guitar collections. More times than not they can barely play and just spend their money looking for the perfect “tone.” Instead of, you know, practicing. When you come to a jam session with a $3,000 guitar and can hardly play its a bad look.

  21. If someone has a boutique shotgun, the ones that are easily 5-figures plus and are more a work of art than a firearm, that would be one example.

    I have a long history with gentlemen’s racing and boating as well so when someone is into either, that’s something that changes my impression of the person.
