It’s a bit difficult to say without knowing what the fight was about? Did you say or do something very unreasonable or mean? How long ago was the fight? Did he move out?
This is very minimal information but hopefully you two can communicate better next time and if it’s too hard then please seek marriage counseling so you can be professionally guided in the art of communication
What was the fight about? It’s important to acknowledge that being “pregnant and hormonal” is not an excuse for abusive behaviors. If none of that happened then you need to know the root of what caused such an extreme reaction. Perhaps make an appointment with a marriage counselor and ask him to attend with you.
