How do you get over the feeling of being perceived when doing something (like dancing) alone?

  1. You’re a leader…If you have the guts to get out on the dance floor alone…people will follow your lead.

  2. Start with easy things like going to a movie. All you do is sit there watch it and leave. Or walking at a park. Totally normal alone. Then realize you don’t even pay attention when other people are doing things alone, but also try and notice them and think look another person doing something alone and appearing quite fine and I’m not judging them so why can’t I do it too
