How would follow up a lunch invite.

I asked a work friend if they wanted to catch up for lunch because we haven’t seen each other for a while.
I suggested a day they said they would have to check and let me know. That was days ago. How would follow up? Or just leave it? I’ve sent other messages to them since which are unread.
