So I have been talking with my crush for almost a month now and things are going alright he replies and we talk almost every day. I’m just afraid he’s not interested. Like for example he wanted me to remind him to send me a picture of his mineral (a previous discussion) and I waited a couple days and reached out and I feel bad because he seemed excited to show me his mineral. Recently he wanted me to add him on Snapchat and I did and we talked a little bit and he said he was heading to bed and that he would talk to me later. It’s been 3 days and I haven’t heard from him. When I told my mom she just told me that he probably isn’t interested in me and to move on. Should I wait until he texts me or should I text first?

if you like him then just message him first
Does he always message you first? If so then maybe he’s testing you to see if you like him enough to message him first once in a while. Personally if I was always the one making the first move I would also question if the person I was talking to really liked me or just putting up with me out of politeness. So I would sometimes just ghost to see if that person reached out to me. If not then I would conclude they didn’t like me an just move on. So if were you I would message him first.
