So for starters, I adore my wife and we’re actually quite happy together. I couldn’t ask for a better partner! We just celebrated 15 years together! Here’s the dilemma… We’re very open, living, affectionate, and have a great sex life, but there’s something, more specifically someone missing for her. She loves women too, but more recently started discussing having another woman join and complete our family. Obviously we’ve discussed this at great lengths. However the problem that keeps arising is me? Everyone she finds either isn’t interested in me at all, wants me to play the role with nothing in return, etc. Now I’m not stupid, I know I can’t give the same attention as a lady can, and she craves it. I’ve already told her I’ll step aside if need be, her happiness means that much, and more. She said no, she wants us to be a family, all or nothing. Can you see why I adore her?!? So she asked me to start looking, but I feel a man looking for this is quite off-putting? Where do I go from here?

All things need to be addressed before you take this seriously because it all sounds fun until it’s happening and you can’t take it back. I’m not against it I just have seen this go wrong because the couple was not really in full communication. I also wouldn’t love the idea of you doing something just to make her happy because that also isn’t fair.
If you feel comfortable I’d say start online. They have websites specifically for this kind of stuff where you can meet in a safe space together and get to know each other. If it’s something you also want make it a sexy thing and talk to women together.
