So everyday I’ll go to my local coffee shop in town, and there’s a new girl started working there last week. I noticed that she’s always making eye contact with me not once but everytime i go there and sometimes even smile at me. What does that mean? I try to talk to her but she’s always busy because the coffee shop always pack with people. So I’m planning to leave her a note with my insta @ and perhaps she’ll dm me and i can get to know her better. What do you guys think? Should i leave a note? And sorry for my bad english!

It means she’s doing her job and being hospitable. I wouldn’t read anything past that.
What I’ve learned from women is that they want to be able to just do their job without being hit on, especially when they’re new to the role and want to make a good impression.
There is no harm in passing her a note with your Instagram name but if she doesn’t add you on the friendlist then take it as a rejection and better stop going to that place because I think it would be too awkward for both of you to see each other. Well, it would be definitely awkward for her.
As a woman, I did it several times, I left a note with my Instagram to the bartender/waiter that I thought was extra-friendly with me, and maybe I was lucky or maybe I don’t misinterpret clues that men give me but for me it worked every time. Never got rejected after leaving my Instagram to a guy like this. But if I did get rejected I definitely wouldn’t go to that place again lol.
