I’ve been on a 100. I’ve mastered the art of this. (Disclaimer, most of my first dates don’t go to 2nd ones, but this advice will at least get you first dates).

1) Buy a tripod with a bluetooth clicker for your phone. Take literally 1000s of photos of yourself in different outfits, in different angles, doing different things. Action shots work very well. There’s a photo of me on the putting green at the golf course during sunset that’s gotten a ton of likes.

I think a wedding photo is god tier. Everyone is dressed up, cleaned up and happy. If you have a photo with your friends and family at a wedding, I guarantee you’ll get messages. I also have one on a long skateboard at the beach that did well. (Make sure your not really moving for the photo will be clear).

2) Put your photos on photofeeler.com for feedback.

3) You want to have a relationship oriented biography.

4) Have a witty response to a prompt that gives a quick chuckle.

5) When you get a match, you want to ask her out within 72 hours after your first message. If you wait too long, she’ll stop replying. My sweet spot is having a ice breaking semi witty convo, and ask her out the following day.

6) Exchanging numbers on the app isn’t necessary. Some of the best dates I’ve had, we didn’t even exchange numbers until after the first date.

I sometimes will give her mine after she agrees to the date that way she has it, but asking for hers isn’t necessary.

7) When dating, realize that most first dates don’t go to a 2nd with online dating. They’re essentially blind dates, and it’s semi rare for 2 strangers to click right off the bat.

That’s my advice, feel free to share yours if you have any.
