Me (M19) was texting her (F17) for about a year now. We have a couple of things in common, she’s a nice person and I’d like to get her to know a bit better, blah blah
Long story short:
I’m asking her if she got time to meet up next week, she reads and ignores the messages.
When I ask her about a specific day, she tells me she’s busy.
When I ask her if I’m getting on her nerves, she says “not at all” and that “I’m a very nice guy”
What do I do? How do I get her to go out with me?

Did you specifically ask her out on date? If so, move on. She doesn’t see you that way. If she did then she’d make an effort to suggest another time.
