I (16M) want to ask out a girl who I worked with over the summer (16F). I don’t know her too well but judging from the few interactions we’ve had, I’m pretty sure she’s into me. Our jobs ended just over a week ago and I haven’t messaged her since (A combination of me procrastinating, losing track of time, being sick and being out of town are responsible for this). Anyway, should I try and message her about something else or should I just rip the band-aid off and ask her out right away?
