Plz help

I’m a grade 12 student through all of school I was always behind in my classes and regarded as the “dumb one” I worked my ass off for the past couple of years to catch up with the rest of the students and I had made 6 friends along the way but I had to move when I started high school and for the past years I haven’t made a lot of friends I only have 2 friends at my school but recently I have found a beautiful girl in my school that seems to share a lot of interests and it seems like she’s in the same boat as me she seems very shy and doesn’t seem to have a lot of friends in fact I haven’t seen her with people I have been thinking about talking to her but I can’t seem to get the courage to talk to her I’m scared she might think I’m dumb or stupid I’m also scared I might scare her I have a very strange accent and a deep voice and when I get scared a stutter so I’m scared I might look crazy and scare her plz help me what should I say and how do I make it less awkward
